Exchange & Return Policy

At MS Brand Scissors Australia, we take pride in the quality of our products. To ensure hygiene and product integrity, we have a strict no-return policy unless the item is faulty.

Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product is faulty upon arrival.
  • If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Faulty Items

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Once scissors have been used, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return Process for Faulty Items

  1. Contact Us – Email us at Kitty@petworx.com.au with your order details, a description of the fault, and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  2. Approval & Instructions – If deemed faulty, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Replacement or Refund – After inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved for a faulty product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
